INVITATION LETTER
A Letter of Invitation confirms that the conference committee has accepted your paper submission and registration. The letter is issued in English and may support your visa application, but it does not guarantee visa approval.
Important Notes:
- Invitation letters are issued only after registration and full payment are completed.
- Letters will be sent by email only.
- To request an invitation letter, please email us the following:
- Completed Registration Form
- Proof of Payment
- Passport-size Photo
- Passport Scan Copy
Visa Information:
- The Organizing Committee has no control over the visa application process or the decisions made by embassies or consulates.
- The conference cannot be held responsible for visa issuance or processing delays.
- Processing times vary; applicants are strongly encouraged to begin their visa application as early as possible.
- If your application is denied, we cannot influence or appeal the decision of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, embassies, or consulates.
