*ONE Registration Fee Includes the following for the Registered authors:

• 1- Welcome reception
• 2- Printed Name Card
• 3- Conference Folder or Bag
• 4- Participation in the technical program
• 5- Printed Participation & presentation Certificate
• 6- Printed Proceedings
• 7- Coffee breaks on the presentation day
• 8- Lunch on the presentation day
• 9- Banquet

Once Your paper is accepted the registration process begins. you have to complete the following four steps.

Step 1 - Registration Fee
It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the proceedings and included in the Technical Program. If an author has got more than one accepted papers, there will be discount on additional papers registration.
In case of First paper, FULL FEE will be charged and in case of additional papers 50% of the total fee per additional paper will be charged (only if the same author is being registered for all the papers).

The regular fee will be charged upto 6 pages and after that additional USD 20 per additional page will be charged.

Step 2 - Copyright Transfer
Authors have to sign (for the individual paper)registration Form, and email that in  PDF/JPG/PNG format. 
Step 3 - Camera Ready Paper submission
All the paper must adhere to The Sciencefora double column guidelines and must be submitted as Microsoft word DOC or DOCX format. So that the necessary fine tuning can be done. If the author is NOT able to format the The Sciencefora Provides the formatting facility without any extra charges.
Step 4 - Registration
ONLY Email the filled registration form (.doc/.docx format) + final paper/poster/abstract (.doc/.docx format) that you like to publish in the conference proceedings at email id:  [email protected]
One registration is must to publish a paper and in that ONLY one person can attend the conference  and can get  all as mentioned in *ONE Registration Fee above. If coauthor also like to register then each coauthor has to pay the USD 150 in order to get registered and get all things as covered in *ONE Registration Fee above.  
If author has more than one paper in the same conference then the author has to pay ONLY 50% of the total fee in order to publish the additional paper.

Important Note

General Guidelines

• Physical conferences depend on the number of paper registrations. In case a conference is cancelled or postponed, the coordinator will guide you to participate in another event or in a virtual conference.
• All participants will receive e-copies and hard copies of conference materials at their postal address, even if they are unable to attend the conference in person.
• All participants must register before attending the conference by paying the specified amount mentioned on the registration menu of the official conference website or by submitting a written confirmation from the Organizing Secretary.
• Participants are advised to regularly follow the official conference page for the latest updates and information about the event.
• The organizing committee reserves the right to change the venue and/or date of the event at any time before the conference. Registered participants will be informed via email and phone.
• Participants must bring their original ID card when attending the conference. Entry will not be allowed without it.
• Any activists or individuals with non-academic agendas are strictly prohibited from registering for or attending the conference.
• Violence or disruptive behavior, both inside and outside the venue, will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

Conference Kit & Participation

• Due to limited availability, the conference kit may not always be provided on-site. In such cases, Sciencefora will send the kit to the participant’s postal address via Speed Post after the event.
• Participants arriving after the reporting time will not be allowed to present their papers or take part in the conference sessions.

Publications & Media

• Sciencefora reserves the right to publish conference photographs and related content on any platform at any time.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Sciencefora is not responsible for refunds related to travel tickets or any financial loss if the conference is cancelled or rescheduled to a different venue or date. However, the registration fee will be refunded.
• Refunds (if approved by Sciencefora Management) will be processed in the same method as received from the author/listener. The participant must complete and submit the Sciencefora Refund Form (available with the coordinator).
• Refunds may take a minimum of 10–15 working days to process, and in some cases, several weeks to reflect in the participant’s bank account. Sciencefora will not be responsible for tracking the status of funds in the participant’s account.
• Refund details will only be communicated to the author’s/listener’s registered email ID.

Disciplinary Action

• Sciencefora reserves the right to blacklist any author, co-author, listener, or institution found to be involved in unethical practices or violations of the above rules.
