Video Conferencing

To ensure wider participation and convenience, we offer a video conferencing option for presenters and listeners who are unable to attend in person. This feature allows participants to share their research and engage in discussions from anywhere in the world.

HOW IT WORKS:

1. Send us your presentation slides (PPT).
2. Download the Zoom App (Mobile/Notepad/Tablet).
3. Create (Sign-Up) a Zoom Account (www.zoom.us).
4. We will send you a meeting invite with an embedded video link, Meeting ID, and Password.
5. Verify your camera, audio input, and internet connectivity before joining the conference call.
6. Share your screen when it’s your turn to present.
7. You can leave the meeting whenever you wish.
